I had to make a late-afternoon Michaels run so I could finish up my craft for Sunday morning & The Boy? Well he haaaaates craft stores Mommy until he remember that Michaels had the cool wooden stuffs and I can paint! 
He was in luck - Tempra Paint was on sale. So Saturday night we partied it up Big & painted after dinner. 
The artist made a huge mess, had paint all over the floor, his hands & his pants - but had a most fabulous time so very well worth it.

He's already talking about painting ornaments at Christmas so it's sure to be a fun time in November after Halloween when we put up the tree. But we shant get ahead of ourselves. For now, we'll just enjoy painting fun little wooden things from Michaels. Because crafts aren't all bad.
