H to the O to the M to the E to the WORK

Forgive the lack of posting around here but we are in Kindergarten now and there is HOMEWORK people. Every night something to work on. Like making Me people with Big Brown Eyes Just Like Me! And a red mark on the chin Just Like Me! And wearing red because their favorite color is red Just Like Me! I know - it looked so much like The Boy for a minute there you were wondering why I didn't take a picture of his homework, right?

It's not all fun and games, though. We have the dreaded Writing. Makes us look like this

Rest assured no persons or papers were stabbed by boys in blue. Numbers and Bubblegum words were worked on, though, much to his dismay

We also had that Freak Lightning Storm last night and I didn't feel much like blogging - although I did stand out front like an idiot snapping photos. Managed to get a piece of lightning going across the sky. Rock on.

And the night after the storm? Gorgeous sunsets. God is a great painter, isn't He?

I will tell you one thing - Back to School makes me One Tired Mommy so I'm off to bed. 'Night All.
